Buying a house in a new town is a daunting process. Michelle helped friends of mine into a new house when they first arrived in Whakatane so she was the first real estate agent I approached. Whilst I didn’t end up buying a house through her in the end as the house I bought was listed with another agency, she helped me through the whole process of understanding the market in Whakatane and taking me to view many homes. I have an illness that makes stairs and slopes hard to navigate and she always kept this in mind.
